Up to 40,000 puffs · pre-filled · Dual mesh coil · 1000 mAh rechargeable · USB Type-C (80% in 20 min) · Regular / Surge modes · 270° glow display
The Vozol Rave 40000 Dual Mesh Disposable Vape, 40,000 Puffs is rated for up to 40,000 puffs. Capacity is balanced with the e-liquid reservoir and coil efficiency, so flavour stays consistent from the first draw to the last — without the fade-out typical of over-stretched small devices.
A dual mesh coil heats the e-liquid evenly across a wider surface, producing denser vapour and a stable flavour profile over the entire service life of the device.
Battery and charging are matched to the e-liquid capacity: recharging via USB Type-C u2014 80% in about 20 minutes brings the device back to full power during a short break, so the full liquid reservoir can actually be used before the device is spent.
The Vozol Rave 40000 Dual Mesh Disposable Vape, 40,000 Puffs range is available in 20 flavours: Blue Razz Ice, Blueberry Ice, Blueberry Watermelon, Cherry Strawberry, Cool Mint, Double Apple, Grape Ice, Love 777, Mango Ice, Mango Peach, Peach Ice, Peach Raspberry Lemonade, Strawberry Ice, Strawberry Kiwi, Strawberry Mango, Strawberry Watermelon, Strawmelon Peach, Watermelon Bubblegum, Watermelon Ice, Watermelon Razz Rancher. All flavours are held in stock in our EU warehouse and ship within 1–3 business days with tracking.
The Rave is the one people notice. A 270° glow shell wraps most of the body in colour, and a side-mounted digital screen carries its own eclipse animation while reporting battery, liquid and output mode. Underneath the lighting it is a serious device: a 1000 mAh battery — the largest in our catalogue — charging to 80% in about twenty minutes over USB Type-C.
Twenty millilitres of pre-filled liquid feed a dual mesh coil, run in one of two modes. Regular delivers the full 40,000-puff rating; Surge pushes the coil harder for a warmer, heavier draw and around 25,000 puffs. Airflow is adjustable, so you can tighten the draw without changing the power setting. At €4.00 per 10,000 puffs it sits at the cheapest end of everything we sell.
Regular and Surge are the same trade-off every dual-mode device makes — more power means more vapour per draw and less life per tank. Vozol publishes both figures:
Puff ratings assume short machine draws; real users draw longer, so about half of the printed figure is a fair everyday expectation. Using Surge instead of Regular cuts it further. The table gives both readings at three usage levels.
| Usage | Puffs per day | At rated 40,000 | Realistic (50% yield) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Light | 150 | around 9 months | around 4–5 months |
| Average | 300 | around 4–5 months | around 2 months |
| Heavy | 500 | around 2–3 months | around 6 weeks |
Use the numbers to compare models rather than to plan a calendar. In everyday use the coil, or simply losing the device, usually decides when a disposable is finished — not the liquid.
Same warehouse, same dispatch, same volume pricing. Within the Vozol line the Rave is the one with the biggest battery and the loudest looks.
