This page covers how to return items and what is covered by our product warranty. It is referenced from every product page. For refund timing and eligibility, also see our Polityka zwrotów.
Returns
You may return unopened, sealed, resaleable products within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Because vaping devices and e-liquid are hygiene-sensitive sealed goods, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless they are defective.
Steps to return
- E-mail info@puffcellvape.com with order number and reason.
- We issue a return address or prepaid label where applicable.
- Send the item back in its original sealed packaging.
- We inspect on receipt and process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Warranty
Disposable devices are covered against manufacturing defects (e.g. failure to activate, leaking on arrival, dead-on-arrival battery) reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence.
- We replace or refund confirmed defective units.
- Warranty does not cover damage from dropping, water/liquid exposure, improper charging, or normal consumption of a disposable’s rated puff count.
- For wholesale orders, batch-level warranty terms may be agreed separately.
Lost or seized parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or seized by authorities, our Polityka wysyłki sets out exactly what we cover and what we do about it.
