PuffCell supplies disposable vapes and accessories to customers and businesses across Europe, dispatched from our EU (Germany) and China warehouses. Orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours on business days.

Delivery times

EU (Germany) warehouse: 3–7 business days
China warehouse: 7–14 business days

We ship with DHL, DPD and UPS. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Wholesale & bulk orders

Ordering 10 units or more? Shipping is on us. For pallet-size or recurring wholesale orders, contact our team for a tailored quote.

Customs & duties

Orders are dispatched from within the EU or from our China warehouse. Any import duties or taxes applicable to your destination are shown at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
