These Terms & Conditions govern your use of puffcell.com and any order you place. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. This site is for customers aged 18 and over.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to view, register or purchase on this site. We verify age at checkout and may require identification. Orders placed by or for minors will be cancelled.
2. Products & descriptions
We sell disposable vaping devices and related accessories for retail and wholesale. Product descriptions, images, puff counts, e-liquid volumes and nicotine strengths are provided for guidance; minor variations may occur. Nothing on this site presents our products as therapeutic, smoking-cessation or medical goods.
3. Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed by third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
4. Orders & acceptance
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance; we accept an order when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for age-verification, fraud or stock reasons, with a full refund.
5. Shipping & delivery
We ship from EU and China warehouses. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and for any import duties or local requirements in your country.
6. Age-restricted goods & local legality
Nicotine products are age-restricted. You are responsible for confirming that purchasing, possessing and reselling vaping products is lawful in your country, state or territory. We supply only where lawful and reserve the right to refuse orders to jurisdictions where supply is prohibited.
7. Returns, refunds & warranty
See our Refund Policy and Returns & Warranty pages for eligibility, timeframes and procedures.
8. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, logos and product imagery are owned by PuffCell VAPE or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state of your residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of that member state or, where available, to an approved alternative dispute-resolution scheme.
