The Digital Box 12000 carries 20 ml of pre-filled liquid behind a 0.8 Ω mesh coil and puts the numbers you actually need on a dual LED: battery on one side, e-liquid on the other. 0.8 Ω is the lowest resistance in the Fumot range, which makes this the warmest and most immediate of their coils — it comes up to temperature almost instantly and produces a dense, slightly warm draw. The trade-off is obvious in the spec sheet: a 550 mAh cell. That is a smaller battery than the rest of the line, so expect to reach for the Type-C cable more often. It also keeps the device genuinely pocketable, which is the point of the box format.

Because the battery is the smallest in the range, how long the Digital Box lasts in your pocket depends as much on charging habits as on draw length. Keep a cable nearby and it will comfortably outlast the liquid.

Charging & care

• Charging: USB Type-C, and this one will ask for it more often than its siblings. Do not leave it charging unattended or overnight.
