Vozol Rave 40000 Dual Mesh Disposable Vape, 40,000 Puffs

Inside the Vozol Rave 40000 Dual Mesh Disposable Vape, 40,000 Puffs

Vozol Rave 40000

The Rave is the one people notice. A 270° glow shell wraps most of the body in colour, and a side-mounted digital screen carries its own eclipse animation while reporting battery, liquid and output mode. Underneath the lighting it is a serious device: a 1000 mAh battery — the largest in our catalogue — charging to 80% in about twenty minutes over USB Type-C.

Twenty millilitres of pre-filled liquid feed a dual mesh coil, run in one of two modes. Regular delivers the full 40,000-puff rating; Surge pushes the coil harder for a warmer, heavier draw and around 25,000 puffs. Airflow is adjustable, so you can tighten the draw without changing the power setting. At €4.00 per 10,000 puffs it sits at the cheapest end of everything we sell.

What sets it apart

• 1000 mAh battery: the biggest cell we stock, and it charges to 80% in about twenty minutes. Most disposables in this class run 850 mAh and take twice as long.
• 270° glow shell: the entire body lights up. It is the reason this model gets picked out of a bag in the dark, and the reason it looks unlike anything else on the shelf.
• Side screen with eclipse animation: battery, liquid and mode, animated rather than a static bar.
• Two modes plus adjustable airflow: Regular for maximum life, Surge for a heavier draw, with the draw tightness adjustable independently.

How the two output modes differ

Regular and Surge are the same trade-off every dual-mode device makes — more power means more vapour per draw and less life per tank. Vozol publishes both figures:

• Regular — up to 40,000 puffs. Cooler vapour, longest life, closest to a standard disposable experience.
• Surge — around 25,000 puffs. A noticeably warmer and denser draw, and the mode that makes the dual mesh worthwhile.

How long does 40,000 puffs actually last?

Puff ratings assume short machine draws; real users draw longer, so about half of the printed figure is a fair everyday expectation. Using Surge instead of Regular cuts it further. The table gives both readings at three usage levels.

Use the numbers to compare models rather than to plan a calendar. In everyday use the coil, or simply losing the device, usually decides when a disposable is finished — not the liquid.

How it compares with our other disposables

Same warehouse, same dispatch, same volume pricing. Within the Vozol line the Rave is the one with the biggest battery and the loudest looks.

Who the Vozol Rave 40000 suits

• A good fit if you are tired of charging — the 1000 mAh cell plus 20-minute top-ups is the least fuss in the catalogue.
• A good fit if you want a device that looks like something, rather than another grey stick. The glow shell is the point.
• A good fit if you want a long-life device without paying more: €4.00 per 10,000 puffs is the cheapest tier we sell.
• Probably not for you if you want a discreet device at a lower nicotine strength. Similar capacity in a plainer body: the Vozol Vista 40000.

Charging & care

• Laden: USB Type-C. It reaches 80% in about twenty minutes, which is fast enough to be useful but also means you should watch the first part of the charge rather than leaving it unattended overnight.
• Modes and airflow: the control on the body cycles output mode and airflow; it does not fire the coil.
• Do not refill or disassemble: sealed and non-serviceable; opening it voids any claim.
• Storage: upright, out of direct sunlight and away from heat.
