Vozol Star 40000 SiLC Mesh Disposable Vape, 40,000 Puffs

Inside the Vozol Star 40000 SiLC Mesh Disposable Vape, 40,000 Puffs

Vozol Star 40000

The Star takes the 40,000-puff format and adds Vozol’s S.i.L.C. wicking, which pulls liquid into the mesh faster than a standard cotton wick. The practical result is that the last third of the tank tastes like the first — no slow fade into the dry, faintly scorched note that long-life disposables are known for.

It carries pre-filled liquid and runs at one of two settings: Regular, which stretches the rating the full 40,000 puffs, or Surge, which drops to around 25,000 in exchange for a warmer, heavier draw. A curved screen on the body reports battery, puff count and remaining liquid, and the 1000 mAh cell refills over USB Type-C in about 45 minutes.

What sets it apart

• S.i.L.C. wicking: keeps flavour steady to the bottom of the tank rather than thinning out as the liquid drops.
• 1000 mAh cell: the largest battery we sell in a 40,000-puff device, and a full charge takes about 45 minutes.
• Curved screen: battery, puff count and liquid level at a glance, without a button press to wake it.
• Two draw profiles: Regular for maximum life, Surge for a much heavier hit — you choose per session.
• Adjustable airflow: tighten it for a mouth-to-lung feel or open it for a full direct-lung pull.

How Regular and Surge differ

Both settings feed the same tank; the only thing that changes is how hard the coil is driven. Regular is the rating figure on the box — a cooler, more economical draw that spreads the tank as far as it will go. Surge pushes more power through the mesh, which makes the vapour warmer and thicker and empties the tank proportionally faster.

• Regular — rated 40,000 puffs. Best for all-day use and for getting the most out of each device.
• Surge — around 25,000 puffs. Best when you want a heavier, warmer draw and do not mind buying more often.

You can switch between the two without wasting liquid, so a single device can cover a light morning vape and a much heavier evening one.

How long does 40,000 puffs actually last?

The 40,000 figure is measured with short machine draws on the Regular setting. Real draws are longer, and Surge burns roughly a third faster again, so treat the honest figure as somewhere between half and two thirds of the printed number. The table gives the printed rating alongside a 50% reading at three usage levels.

Use the puff count to compare models rather than as a promise. Staying in Regular and keeping the airflow half open is what lands you near the top of these ranges.

How the Star compares with our other disposables

Four devices in the 40,000 class, all at the same entry price. What separates them is the tank, the battery and how much control you get over the draw.

All four work out at €4.00 per 10,000 puffs at the single-unit price, and all four drop to €12.00 or below at 50 units. See the full Vozol range or browse everything we stock to compare in person.

Who the Vozol Star 40000 suits

• A good fit if you want the largest battery in the 40,000 class and a genuine full charge in 45 minutes.
• A good fit if you get through a device slowly — S.i.L.C. wicking means the flavour at the end matches the flavour at the start.
• A good fit if you want one device that does both an all-day light draw and a heavy evening one.
• Probably not for you if flavour choice is the deciding factor — the JNR Falcon-X 18000 carries 50 flavours to the Star’s 25.

Charging & care

• Laden: USB Type-C, about 45 minutes from empty. Do not leave it on charge overnight or unattended.
• Modes: switched on the device, not by the app. Switching does not waste liquid.
• Do not refill or disassemble: sealed and non-serviceable; opening it voids any claim.
• Storage: upright, out of direct sunlight and away from heat.

Flavour options

Twenty-five flavours are available, and every one works on both Regular and Surge. Choose yours from the selector on this page — the flavour you pick is recorded on your order, so a repeat order is straightforward.
